It is one of the oldest words in Indian medicine - chikitsa krama, the disciplined sequence of clinical care. The right history, then the right examination, then the right investigation, then the right decision. Order. Sequence. Method. The right thing in the right place at the right time.

Indian hospitals have lost their krama. Notes scattered across paper, software, and three WhatsApp groups. Investigations ordered twice because the first order disappeared. Patients seen at 3am by a resident who has no idea what was decided at 11pm. The sequence is broken, and patients pay for it.

We named the company KramOS because that is the work - to give the lost order back. An operating system for the practising doctor, named after the word that has meant order in this part of the world for three thousand years.
